Guayaquil is the Capital of the Guayas Province and has one of the most important ports in Ecuador, it is known for its architectural beauty, history and because it has excellent roads to reach the Pacific beaches. It has the longest boardwalk in Ecuador on the banks of the Guayas River, where the La Rotonda monument is, restaurants, shops and La Perla, which is a Ferris Wheel to have a very beautiful view of the city. To the north, the traditional neighborhood of Las Peñas where there are very colorful houses & to reach the top of Cerro Santa Ana and appreciate the view you have to climb the stairs that are full of cafes, bars, art galleries, etc.
